Ekovo Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością processes your personal data for the following purposes:

To handle inquiries directed to us (e.g., via the contact form);
To contact you, including for purposes related to the provision of services;

Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored:
In the case of processing necessary to fulfill our legal obligation: for the period of limitation of tax liabilities resulting from relevant tax laws;
In the case of processing for our legitimate interest: until you object, subject to the necessity of processing data until the end of the period required to establish, pursue, or defend claims;
In the case of processing for direct marketing purposes: for a maximum of 5 years, or shorter if you withdraw your consent (in the absence of another legal basis) or object to such processing. Furthermore, we will store proof of consent for 10 years for evidentiary purposes—to demonstrate facts in the event of potential claims related to the improper processing of personal data.
Notice of Rights
You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, or limit its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, the right to object to profiling, and the right to withdraw any consent at any time. In the case of data processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing at any time.
